OUT DOOR EVENT

tables and tents will not be furnished you must bring your own tables and tents. Please choose your booth space on the map. Electricity is not available so if you need electric please bring a generator.
Set up will begin at 3:00 pm on Saturday November 29th 2025
Fair will be from 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Booth Rentals are non-refundable
$10 for a 10X10 space, this includes city permit and Registration Paperwork. Food Vendors will be $25. Please make checks payable to Benton/West City Area Chamber of Commerce.
