Our 136th Annual Meeting showcases the Chamber’s achievements, installs bold new leadership, and honors outstanding members with the prestigious President’s Awards. It’s the biggest night of the year for West Volusia business—be there to connect, celebrate, and envision the future.

Check-in: 5:00-5:30 pm
Program: 5:30-7:00 pm
Reception immediately following: 7:00-9:00 pm
EVENT LOCATION:
Athens Theatre – 124 N Florida Ave, DeLand
RECEPTION LOCATION:
Venue 142 – 142 N Woodland Blvd, DeLand
ATTIRE: Evening or Business dress
ADMISSION: Pre-Registration Required; no tickets available at the door
TICKETS:
Chamber Members – Free Admission
Non-Members – $20
Complimentary Member Reservation Policy
Complimentary seats are provided as a member benefit, and event preparations—including meal orders—are finalized based on your reservation. If you are unable to attend, you are required to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance so your seat may be released to another member and unnecessary costs avoided.
Failure to cancel within the required timeframe and resulting in a no-show will incur a $10 no-show fee, which will be invoiced to help offset event expenses.
We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to this policy to ensure fairness and responsible planning for all members.
