Event Description
Event Timing: Friday, October 30, 2026
Time: Set up by 2:30PM, event begins at 3PM. We try to end around 5PM. Last year we had between 2,500 and 3,000 participants.
We provide the space and advertising and you get to set up a table/booth, decorate it or not and/or dress up; best of all you get to have fun representing your company while handing out treats (swag, coupons, flyers and/or candy) to the thousands of kids and families that participate each year.
*This is a free event for chamber members and $60 for others. Plan for around 2,500.
