The Payson Santaquin Chamber Annual Awards Dinner is a special event that has historically brought together over 100 local business and community leaders to celebrate business in our community. This year’s semi-formal event will be held at Moments on Main, located at 67 N. Main St. in Payson. Our special guest speakers will be Major General Jefferson Burton and Charn Burton.

Major General Burton currently serves as a member of the Utah House of Representatives and served more than 37 years on active duty with the U.S. Army and the Utah National Guard. His distinguished military career includes commanding the 1457th Engineer Combat Battalion during the initial ground invasion of Iraq (2003–2004) and serving in Europe during the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1989.

Charn Burton holds a PhD in Pastoral Counseling and serves as the Supervising Instructor for Clinical Pastoral Counseling with the World Spiritual Health Organization (WSHO), where she trains clinical chaplains for hospice, hospital, and corrections settings. Charn has dedicated much of her work to mental health and suicide prevention.
 
In 2025, we focused on the journey from Garage to Great. In 2026, as our nation marks its 250th anniversary, we recognize that the "American Startup" is the greatest success story in history. Join us as we share our new theme, Garage to Great: Powering America 250 and celebrate you—the business owners, nonprofits, and leaders who serve as the engine of our community.

Just as the founders of 1776 drafted a blueprint for freedom, you are drafting the blueprints for our local prosperity. Tonight, we honor the power of your hard work and the bright future we are building together.

We will again offer a $10 "Balloon POP" with all money going to our local High School Scholarship program. Don't miss out. Tickets are $35.00 each and includes a delicious meal provided by R&R BBQ. The fun begins at 6 PM so don't be late!
