Please note: This registration is for Fall Fest on the Square, not Barn Fest which is located at the Ice Rink.

Vendor Pricing:

• Members: 
      $30 for a 10x10 vendor space
      $60 for a 10x20 vendor space
      $90 for a 10x30 vendor space
      $120 for a 10x40 vendor space
• Non-Members: 
      $55 for a 10x10 vendor space
      $100 for a 10x20 vendor space
      $165 for a 10x30 vendor space
      $220 for a 10x40 vendor space

Vendors requiring more than a 10x10 space, including food trucks, must register for additional spaces.

Vendor Requirements:

• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and pop-up tents (if desired).

• All pop-up tents must be secured with tie-down weights. Tents without weights will not be allowed.

• Tents are not provided.

• Electricity is not available.
  
  All food vendors need to contact the City of Bryan to obtain a Food Truck Permit. Contact Kristi Moor at kmoor@cityofbryan.com for the application. Along with the completed form, please also submit the following documents: A copy of your driver’s license (owner/operator), Your Health Department Certificate, Your Vendor’s License
