This opening will celebrate: H&F Exteriors Garage, Phillips 66 Wood River Refinery Filling Station, American Water Play Area, and the Discovery Garden expansion project funded by grants from Illinois Department of Tourism and Great Rivers and Routes Tourism Bureau.
