The Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that this years ¿Qué Pasa? The festival books up to 20 performing groups, who are scheduled throughout the day on outdoor stages.

For over two decades, the VAHCC has showcased the diversity and beauty of Hispanic & Latin American cultures in the capital city of Virginia. This festival is a staple in the city of Richmond,VA and is held with the goal showcasing local Latino businesses, artisans, restaurants, entertainers and more.

Over the years, the ¿Qué Pasa? Festival has served as one of the largest Hispanic/Latino festivals in Virginia, achieving national and international recognition, and even breaking a world record in 2018 for the most piñatas in one area, which was featured in over 42 newspapers worldwide. In 2023 the VAHCC hopes to create the largest and most impactful ¿Qué Pasa? Festival ever, bringing the event to Brown’s Island in order to accommodate our amazing vendors, partners and guests. Visitors will be able to experience an even more vibrant space, that will bring the Latino community together, all while showcasing the dynamic culture, sounds, tastes and feeling of Hispanic & Latin American countries.

We are looking for Latin-inspired cultural dance and musical performances but may be open to other types of performances. Please be aware that entertainment spaces are limited and you are registering to be considered to perform on the day of the festival. Participating entertainers will not only gain the benefit of exposure during the day of the festival, but will also be showcased for the entire year on the festivals website www.quepasafestival.com ensuring maximum exposure.

Please ensure that all music/performances are family-friendly.
