Pope County Community Expo – Vendor Invitation
Our vision for the Pope County Community Expo is to bring residents together to connect with local businesses, public safety, nonprofits, and educational resources. This vibrant, family-friendly event celebrates community pride, highlights everything Pope County has to offer, and reinforces that we are better together.
You are invited to participate in the Pope County Community Expo on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Minnewaska High School. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business or organization to a large, engaged audience.

Waterama City Park Boardwalk Sales 2025
July 24, 25 & 26, 2026 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Glenwood City Park
Join us for a fun-filled, family-friendly, three-day outdoor vendor event during Waterama in beautiful Glenwood City Park!
Sales Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily (vendors may stay later if desired)
Booth Cost:
Single Booth (10' x 10'): $100.00
Double Booth (10' x 20'): $200.00
Cost includes all three days. Preference is given to vendors who can attend all three days.
No discounts are offered for attending only one or two days.
Chamber Member Discount: Use code Member (case-sensitive) for $25.00 off.
Set-up time will be communicated to all registered vendors closer to the event.
Booth Assignments:
Booths will be assigned by the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce based on vendor needs and preferences.
Returning vendors will be placed as close as possible to previous locations; however, final placement is at the Chamber’s discretion.
Direct Sales Vendors:
No duplicate brand vendors (e.g., Scentsy, Tastefully Simple, Tupperware, etc.) allowed.
Priority will be given to Chamber members when reasonable or to the first registered vendor.
Final decisions are at the discretion of the Chamber.
Product Guidelines:
All items must be family-friendly. Any vendor displaying inappropriate, explicit, or offensive materials will be asked to leave immediately.
Political vendors are not allowed at this event.
No recreational drugs or alcohol are allowed in booth spaces or during sale hours.
Only goods and merchandise may be sold. No food or beverage vendors due to Waterama regulations. (If you're a food vendor, please contact us for appropriate event contacts.)
Local vendors preferred, but all are welcome to apply.
Space is limited—vendor acceptance is first-come, first-served.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
This is a rain-or-shine event—please plan accordingly.
Keep booth spaces clean and tidy throughout the event.
Clean your space completely before leaving on Sunday.
Follow all Chamber, City, and Waterama event guidelines.
The Chamber reserves the right to deny participation based on complaints, non-compliance, unpaid fees, or rule violations.
By registering, vendors agree to abide by all event rules and policies.
