5 Week In-Person Training
Tuesday's from 1pm-2:30pm starting March 17th thru April 14th, 2026.
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly reshaping how business gets done — and organizations that adopt it now gain a measurable competitive advantage. Those who act move faster, communicate more effectively, and operate with greater efficiency. This comprehensive 5-week course is designed to equip participants with the practical expertise needed to harness AI tools to elevate their business operations.
From foundational principles to real-world implementation, attendees will master AI essentials, develop custom master prompts, and build practical applications they can immediately deploy. Grounded in a growth-oriented approach, this course empowers professionals to confidently integrate AI into their daily workflows and strategic initiatives by the end of the program.
Each session is taught in person in a small, discussion-driven cohort, with live demonstrations, hands-on practice, and practical assignments between sessions so you can immediately apply what you learn.
Bring your laptop — and leave with the tools, confidence, and workflow to work smarter, communicate better, and move your business forward.

UNLOCKING POTENTIAL:
The Culture & Mindset Advantage
Evolve Your Workplace Culture to Thrive
The Chamber - GF/EGF is excited to host Think 3D, the Culture Coaches, for a high-impact seminar designed to help your organization thrive in the 21st century workplace. In today's rapidly changing business landscape, your culture is either your greatest competitive advantage or your most significant hidden cost.
This 4-hour intensive session is designed to provide business leaders, managers, and teams with the expertise and practical frameworks needed to move beyond "culture by default" and start building a Culture by Design.
Why You Should Bring Your Team
Transformation is most effective when it's a shared experience. The Chamber encourages business owners to attend alongside their key managers and leadership teams. When your core team adopts a common language and a unified vision of "what good looks like," the speed of your organizational growth increases exponentially.
(Both sessions are the morning of April 15th and are for all attendees)
Session 1: The Power of Culture - Building a Healthy Ecosystem
Culture is the currency of the modern organization. Learn how to create an environment where your team doesn't just show up--they excel.
>Intentional Ecosystems: Discover how to build a healthy, productive culture that attracts and retains top-tier talent.
> The Cost of Disengagement: Understand the true impact of workplace obstacles and how to shift from "quite desperation" to full potential.
> Authenticity in Action: Learn why you can't fake great culture and how to align your organizational "artifacts" with your values.
Session 2: Success Mindset - Evolving Your Foundation
Success is a worthy ideal, pursued persistently with courage. This session focuses on the internal belief systems that drive external excellence.
> The Power of Choice: Master the critical space between stimulus and response to lead with intention rather than reaction.
> The "Value-Add" Mindset: Shift your team's perspective from "I have to" to "I get to," fostering a culture of ownership and contribution.
> Tending the Field: Learn how the leadership seeds you plant today determine the fruit your organization will bear tomorrow.
The Chamber's Small Business Committee is proud to present an engaging half-day seminar on workplace culture and employee mindset. We hope you enjoy it!
