March Mentor Monday

Mentor Monday is a new monthly Chamber program designed to provide business owners and professionals with direct access to experienced mentors who volunteer their time to help address real-world business challenges.
Held on the last Monday of each month, Mentor Monday creates a structured, welcoming environment where participants can ask specific questions, seek guidance, and gain perspective from trusted professionals with proven experience. Rather than a presentation-based format, Mentor Monday emphasizes conversation, problem-solving, and practical insight.
Each session will feature 2–3 mentors on site, available to meet with participants in a small group setting. To ensure relevance and value, each month will focus on specific areas of growth or expertise, such as marketing, finance, leadership, operations, legal considerations, or scaling a business.
The program is intentionally designed to:
  • Deliver tangible member value
  • Strengthen peer-to-peer relationships within the Chamber
  • Position the Chamber as a trusted connector and resource
  • Provide mentorship without sales pressure or solicitation
This month we are lining up mentors to go over cyber security and website optimization. They will be on-site ready to answer questions about problem solving, leading teams, and more.

Steel Days 2026 Car Show Food Vendor Application

The Steel Days Car Show is a fun, long-standing tradition with hundreds of classic cars and vehicles on display. Thousands of people attend the Car Show and the Cruise on Main event that caps off the day. The Car Show runs from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18th.

The Steel Days Committee reserves the right to accept or decline any and all vendors. Setting up or engaging in these activities elsewhere in Rotary Park during the week of Steel Days is also prohibited. Any vendor or business wishing to participate in Steel Days MUST purchase a booth space.

FOOD VENDORS
Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis for Food Trucks and you will be directed to a spot when you arrive. Please choose the type of food you will be selling from the options listed. If you choose your food type and are allowed to pay and complete the registration, then your spot is reserved. The committee will then review your application and either send you an acceptance email or will send you a denial email and issue a full refund.

We ask that food vendors arrive no later than 11:00 a.m. to start the set-up process. No vehicles will be allowed onto the park (grass) area after 12:00 p.m. and vehicles will not be allowed back onto the park area until families have cleared the area after the completion of the car show. Please plan accordingly.

The Steel Days Drone Show has become one of the most popular Steel Days events! It runs from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Saturday, July 18th.

The Drone Show offers an opportunity for local businesses specifically looking to sell light/glow products or other merchandise to potential customers, increase their brand awareness, connect with the community, and grow their business. Space is for selling merchandise or business marketing purposes only and every participating vendor must have a valid business license. The Steel Days Committee reserves the right to accept or decline any and all vendors. Setting up or engaging in these activities elsewhere in Art Dye Park during the week of Steel Days is also prohibited. Any vendor or business wishing to participate in Steel Days MUST purchase a booth space.

The Steel Days Fair and Drone Show is an extremely popular event that we are excited to do again in 2026! Beginning at 5:00 p.m., there will be activities for families, including bounce houses, a petting zoo, face painting, airbrush tattoos, henna tattoos, and a balloon twister. The Drone Show will begin at approximately 9:45 p.m. and will last about 23 minutes.

FOOD VENDORS
Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis for Food Trucks. Please choose the type of food you will be selling from the options listed. The Youth Entrepreneur Market will run from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and vendor spaces will be assigned by the Steel Days Committee. The YEM offers an opportunity for youth businesses ("youth" is defined as any person from elementary school to having just graduated from high school in 2026) to reach thousands of potential customers, increase their brand awareness, connect with the community, and learn essential business principles. Vendors selling goods or services or non-profit organizations with a mission to have a positive impact on the community are invited to participate. Booth space is for selling merchandise, wares, or business marketing purposes only. The Steel Days Committee reserves the right to accept or decline any and all vendors. Setting up or engaging in these activities elsewhere in the park during the week of Steel Days is also prohibited. Any vendor or business wishing to participate in Steel Days MUST purchase a booth space.

We will offer a couple of mentoring classes to help Youth Entrepreneurs learn about best practices for running a booth, how to price and market products/services, and understand expectations for participating as a Steel Days vendor.

We will have food trucks and vendors at the event. Any Youth hoping to sell food must be pre-approved by the Steel Days Committee and must adhere to all regulations and requirements from the Utah County Health Department.

Steel Days 2026 Concert in the Park Food Vendor Application

The Steel Days Concert in the Park is a long-standing tradition done in conjunction with the American Fork Symphony. The Concert in the Park is held in Quail Cove Park and starts with a pre-show at 6:30 p.m. with the concert running from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20th.

We are excited for the program that the Symphony is working and will annouce more details about the music that will be perfomed as we get additional details. We have hundreds of people attend this event every year.

FOOD VENDORS
Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis for Food Trucks and you will be directed to a spot when you arrive. Please choose the type of food you will be selling from the options listed. If you choose your food type and are allowed to pay and complete the registration, then your spot is reserved. We are starting a NEW tradition for Steel Days and look forward to hosting thousands of people attend at the American Fork Marina for our Day at the Beach/Marina! We will be partnering with the Utah Lake Authority for some friendly competition both on the lake and beach from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20th.

The Steel Days Committee reserves the right to accept or decline any and all vendors. Setting up or engaging in these activities elsewhere at the Marina during the week of Steel Days is also prohibited. Any vendor or business wishing to participate in Steel Days MUST purchase a booth space.

Great news! We are adding a full day to our Food & Vendor Market! We will be doing a Battle of the Bands competition on Thursday, July 23rd, and we want you there as a part of the festivities! Steel Days is a long-time tradition in American Fork, and we usually see upwards of 40,000 people come through to enjoy all the festivities associated with Steel Days. The Steel Days Food & Vendor Market runs from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 23rd, from as early as 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m on Friday, July 24th, and from 1:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 25th.

The Food and Vendor Market offers an opportunity for local businesses to reach thousands of potential customers, increase their brand awareness, connect with the community, and grow their business. The Steel Days Committee reserves the right to accept or decline any and all vendors. Setting up or engaging in these activities elsewhere in Art Dye Park during the week of Steel Days is also prohibited. Any vendor or business wishing to participate in Steel Days MUST purchase a booth space.

Vendors can START ARRIVING FOR SET-UP AT 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, but we ask that business and food vendors that need to drive on the grass to their space arrive NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM on July 23rd to start the set-up process. No vehicles will be allowed onto the park (grass) area after 4:00 p.m. and vehicles will not be allowed back onto the grass until families have cleared the area after the Battle of the Bands on Thursday, after the movie on Friday, and the fireworks show on Saturday (no earlier than 10:30 p.m.). Also, please note that the police will not allow any vehicles into Art Dye Park after 9:00 p.m. on Saturday as they use both lanes of the road for cars to exit the park. Please plan accordingly.

Food vendors must provide their own power.

You will be assigned a booth space for the Steel Days Food and Vendor Market and then be notified of the space number. We will do everything in our power to make sure your assigned booth space is your actual space for the event. (If changes occur, we will put you as close to your desired space as possible.)
 Please be aware that Steel Days does not jury booth items; therefore, competitors selling same products might be located in the same area. The more detail you put in your application, the better we are able to keep "like products" from being close to each other.

Vendors can START ARRIVING FOR SET-UP AT 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, but we ask that business and food vendors that need to drive on the grass to their space arrive NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM on July 23rd to start the set-up process. No vehicles will be allowed onto the park (grass) area after 4:00 p.m. and vehicles will not be allowed back onto the grass until families have cleared the area after the Battle of the Bands on Thursday, after the movie on Friday, and the fireworks show on Saturday (no earlier than 10:30 p.m.). Also, please note that the police will not allow any vehicles into Art Dye Park after 9:00 p.m. on Saturday as they use both lanes of the road for cars to exit the park. Please plan accordingly.

Power is available for a limited number of booths. IF you would like access to power, please indicate in your business description and we will put you on the list. If you are accepted to receive power, there is a $50/day charge ($150 total) that will be added to your invoice. Power will NOT be provided unless the invoice has been paid BEFORE the start of the Food & Vendor Market.

Refund Schedule:
Cancelation 60+ days before the event (before May 18, 2026): Full Refund
Cancelation 30-60 days before the event (before June 18, 2026): 50% Refund
Cancelation within 30 days of the event (after June 18, 2026): NO REFUND
