2026 Scarecrow Decorating Contest9/26/2026
Scarecrow Contest Guidelines
- All Scarecrows must be securely attached to your assigned light pole on the outer square perimeter.
- Participants must provide all their own materials.
- Entries must be family-friendly only.
- Scarecrows cannot be placed on the Square until the day of Fall Fest and must be completely assembled by 12:00 noon.
- Judging takes place between 1:00-3:00 PM
- Scarecrows must remain on display until 4:00 PM
- Scarecrows must be removed by 5:00 PM on the day of Fall Fest

$30 for a 10x10 vendor space
$60 for a 10x20 vendor space
$90 for a 10x30 vendor space
$120 for a 10x40 vendor space - Non-Members:
$55 for a 10x10 vendor space
$100 for a 10x20 vendor space
$165 for a 10x30 vendor space
$220 for a 10x40 vendor space
Vendors requiring more than a 10x10 space, including food trucks, must register for additional spaces.
Vendor Requirements:

Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and pop-up tents (if desired).

All pop-up tents must be secured with tie-down weights. Tents without weights will not be allowed.

Tents are not provided.

Electricity is not available.
All food vendors need to contact the City of Bryan to obtain a Food Truck Permit. Contact Kristi Moor at kmoor@cityofbryan.com for the application. Along with the completed form, please also submit the following documents: A copy of your driver’s license (owner/operator), Your Health Department Certificate, Your Vendor’s License

Register to participate in the Santa Arrival Parade and showcase your group in front of hundreds of spectators. The parade is open to businesses, organizations, churches, schools, teams, public officials, cars, trucks, motorcycles, farm equipment, horses, and more. Everyone is welcome!
- Lineup: 6:00pm
- Parade begins: 6:30pm
- All entries must be decorated and include lights to help us shine bright through the square.
- Candy must be handed out, NOT thrown!!
- And please... no dressing up as Santa!
Parade line-up begins NO EARLIER than 6pm in the Parkview Physicians Group parking lot. The parade route begins at the PPG Lot, moves east on High St., turns south on Main St., then turns West on Butler St., and ends at the corner of Lynn & Butler St.
