Scarecrow Contest Guidelines

Please note: This registration is for Fall Fest on the Square, not Barn Fest which is located at the Ice Rink.
Vendor Pricing:
Vendors requiring more than a 10x10 space, including food trucks, must register for additional spaces.
Vendor Requirements:
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and pop-up tents (if desired).
All pop-up tents must be secured with tie-down weights. Tents without weights will not be allowed.
Tents are not provided.
Electricity is not available.
All food vendors need to contact the City of Bryan to obtain a Food Truck Permit. Contact Kristi Moor at kmoor@cityofbryan.com for the application. Along with the completed form, please also submit the following documents: A copy of your driver’s license (owner/operator), Your Health Department Certificate, Your Vendor’s License

This year’s Jubilee Parade is going patriotic as we honor the 250th Anniversary of the United States. Show off your American pride, creativity, and community spirit while celebrating 250 years of history in true Jubilee style.

Parade line-up begins NO EARLIER than 6pm in the Parkview Physicians Group parking lot. The parade route begins at the PPG Lot, moves east on High St., turns south on Main St., then turns West on Butler St., and ends at the corner of Lynn & Butler St.
