The Hibbing Jubilee is a 3-day action packed event that provides enjoyment and entertainment for all ages. The Hibbing Area Chamber of Commerce collaborates with the City of Hibbing, Hibbing Public Utilities, and various sponsors from the business community to offer the following festivities over Jubilee weekend:

- Car show will be set up on 1st Avenue near Mesabi Tribune this year
First Avenue Mile
- Race kicks off at 6pm
Celebrate America 250 and Hibbing 133 this year and watch the City of Hibbing light up the night sky with their annual fireworks show!
- Join us in viewing the Fireworks, best seen near the Hibbing Raceway!
- Dusk is around 10:00 p.m.
- Rain date is Saturday, July 11th.

Get ready, Hibbing — the courts are coming back to Howard Street!
After years of unforgettable summer competition, community pride, and downtown excitement, Hoops on Howard is making its return to the heart of the city.
Brought back by Hibbing Public Schools and the Hibbing Area Chamber of Commerce, this beloved street basketball event will once again bring players, fans, families, and local businesses together for a day filled with hoops, energy, and hometown spirit.
This year’s event will take place as part of Hibbing’s 133rd Anniversary Celebration and the community’s annual Jubilee Summer Celebration, making the return of Hoops on Howard an even bigger part of one of Hibbing’s most cherished summer traditions.
From competitive matchups to youth action and downtown fun, Hoops on Howard celebrates everything that makes Hibbing special — community, tradition, and a love for the game. Whether you played in the original tournaments, cheered from the sidelines, or are experiencing it for the first time, this is your chance to be part of the comeback.

Bring your family and friends to the historic downtown Hibbing to enjoy shopping and support crafters, artisans, vendors, and local businesses! Browse an array of artisan pieces, crafts, baked goods, and so much more. Come shop small and keep it local!

Sidewalk Sales = $75.00 per 10x10

- Hibbing Transient Merchant Permit- (If you do not have a Hibbing Transient Merchant Permit. Be sure to complete background check portion of the application in full.

VENDOR RULES/SET UP INFORMATION
All Vendors participating on Saturday, July 11, 2026 Hibbing Jubilee from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- The Hibbing Jubilee Street Dance will be held on Saturday, July 11th, 2026 following the end of the parade around 5 P.M. and ends at midnight.
- You will receive an email with your location/instructions the week prior to the event. You can set up at your assigned location starting at 7 A.M. on Friday, July 10th, 2026. (You will have the same location the full day if you choose to stay.)
- All power turns on at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10th and off at 1:00 a.m. after the Street Dance on Sunday, July 12th. If you have special power needs, please speak with the PUC before the event. (218) 262-7700.
- Please use the dumpsters in the alley for your garbage. If vendors fill the Howard Street dumpsters, the public cannot use them.
- Please break up any boxes. If you leave behind litter you will be charged a $100 clean-up fee.
- We prohibit the selling of silly string, smoke bombs, stink bombs, or fireworks of any kind. Registration for the 2026 Hibbing Jubilee Parade is officially open!
Be part of one of the largest and most anticipated parades on the Iron Range by entering your float, business, or group. Each summer, the parade brings the community together for a vibrant celebration—offering a fantastic opportunity to showcase your organization, promote your brand, and connect with thousands of attendees. Most importantly, you’ll be helping create a memorable experience for families and kids who look forward to this event every year.

When registering, please include a brief description of your parade entry along with some background about your business or organization. This information may be featured in event promotions and will be used during the live TV broadcast. It also helps organizers ensure the best possible placement for your entry in the parade lineup.
