*Season Pass is for April through November - available for purchase until March 19th.

Be sure you select the correct vendor category. No refunds will be issued due to overpayment.

Registration deadline date is 15 days prior to the event. A late registration fee will apply to applications, payments and/or required documents submitted after the deadline date.  Applications will be accepted up to 5 business days prior to the date of the event. To reserve a vendor space, the application, documents and payment in full must be received.

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check and credit/debit card. A fee of 3.99% is applied to credit/debit payments. All payments are non-refundable except in cases where an application is not approved. Multiple months may be selected during the registration process.

Street closures on Beale St. are April through November.

For any vendors that are sharing informational content only (i.e., event flyers, brochures, services available) for their business or non-profit organization. This type of vendor is not engaging in retail sales during the event.
  • Chamber Members & Non-Chamber Members: $25 per month or $175 Season Pass*

SALES: For any vendor that is selling products for profit (i.e., arts, crafts, vintage, handmade products). This type of vendor is engaging in retail sales during the event.
  • Chamber Members:         $40 per month or $280 Season Pass*
  • Non-Chamber Members:  $60 per month or $420 Season Pass*

*Season Pass is for April through November - available for purchase until March 19th.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

First Friday is back, and we need YOUR help to make it happen!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us bring downtown Kingman to life.

The 2026 First Friday season is April through November. Whether you love setting up, capturing great moments, or keeping things running smoothly, there’s a role for you!

Volunteering is a fun, rewarding way to support local businesses, connect with the community, and be part of an event that brings thousands of people together.

Attention Volunteers Under 18! A parent or guardian must complete the volunteer registration form on your behalf.

Volunteer Positions Available:
Set-up Crew – Event Setup Assistance: Support vendors in unloading equipment, setting up booths, tents, tables, and displays before the event commences. Work with Roadies to ensure that all setups comply with event guidelines and safety standards.
Tear-down Crew – Support vendors in breakdown of equipment, booths, tents, tables, and displays at the conclusion of the event. Assist with picking up games, vendor space markers, sponsor signs, and assist with general event cleanup.
Photographers & Videographers – Capture the energy and excitement of First Friday! Share live content on social media and help create professional-quality media for advertising, training, and sponsor promotions.
Barricade Crew – The Barricade Crew plays a vital role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for attendees at First Friday by managing street closures and maintaining pedestrian safety.
Roadies – Roadie Volunteers to assist vendors and attendees. Roadies serve as a vital link between organizers and participants
.
