LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation Join Forces in the LaGrange County Business Innovation Center
The LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce and LaGrange County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter in their collaboration: the joint relocation to the LaGrange County Business Innovation Center. This strategic move reflects a shared vision for fostering innovation, growth, and prosperity within our vibrant community.
The LaGrange County Business Innovation Center, located at 513 West Central Avenue in LaGrange, will serve as a dynamic hub for entrepreneurial spirit and economic advancement. By bringing together the Chamber of Commerce and EDC under one roof, this initiative aims to streamline resources, enhance connectivity, and amplify support for local businesses and entrepreneurs.
"The co-location of the Chamber of Commerce and EDC within the LaGrange County Business Innovation Center marks a significant milestone in our collective efforts to drive economic vitality and innovation," said Sara Patrick, Executive Director of the LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce. "This strategic alliance underscores the Chamber’s commitment to fostering hometown culture and driving exponential success as we capitalize on collaboration, creativity, and growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes."
The shared office space within the LaGrange County Business Innovation Center will provide members of both organizations with access to state-of-the-art facilities, networking opportunities, and tailored resources to fuel their success. While both organizations will be housed under one roof, both organizations will continue to operate independently of one another, with hopes that the move to a shared space will present a collaborative, convenient, and united front for helping businesses succeed in LaGrange County.
“We are excited about the LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce co-locating with our organization and what our additional collaboration can do to bolster a healthy and vibrant economic and entrepreneurial ecosystem,” remarked Sherri Johnston, President and CEO of the LaGrange County EDC. “This partnership is another step forward in LCEDC’s mission to encourage sustainable economic growth, opportunity, and prosperity in LaGrange County. We are committed to helping our local businesses succeed no matter what that means.”

There is a non-refundable cost per banner of $50. Cash, Check, and Credit Card Payments are accepted (please note with credit card payments that a convenience fee will apply). Please make checks out to LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce with ‘Hometown Heroes Banners’ in the memo line. Checks or Credit Card Payments are preferable to cash. Please note that sponsorship opportunities may be available, please contact us for more information.
All renewal and new banner applications must be submitted by June 14. Any applications submitted after are not guaranteed to be part of the 2024-25 program.

*Due to current limited pole availability, Renewals & New Banners will be accepted on a first come first serve basis*
Eligibility
Banners may be purchased for current and former LaGrange County residents who have served in the following:
- Armed Forces Eligibility
- Honorably discharged veterans, or KIA
- Conscientious Objectors
- *As defined by the Selective Service System; C.O.s must show proof of two years of service*
- First Responders
- Law Enforcement
- Graduated from academy or equivalent and served full-time for at least 10 years or KIA
- Fire Department
- Graduated from Fire & Public Safety Academy or equivalent and served as a volunteer for at least 30 years or KIA
- EMT/Paramedic
- Completed EMT or Paramedic certification(s) and served full-time for at least 10 years or KIA
- Law Enforcement
