4th of July Street Fair - 2026

Participate in a town-wide 4th of July Celebration.
In addition to the street fair, the events attracting over 12,000 participants are a beer garden, a parade, a fun run, and more. 

This registration is for vendors at the Street Fair only. If you are a vendor needing multiple spaces, there are discounts available for your second space if they are "Standard" locations. Prime locations are the same price for each space you reserve. View vendor expectations here. 

PAY ATTENTION: You will be asked to enter the "Registration Type." You need to enter either "Member" if you are a paid member of the Tr-Lakes Chamber of Commerce, or "Guest" if you are not a paid member. If you do not do this, registration will not display properly. These are case sensitive and require you capitalize "M" in "Member" and "G" in "Guest."
If you choose the wrong registration type you will be charged for the additional price incurred for your registration type. 





Vendors must provide their own 10x10 straight leg canopy for their space(s). You must have canopy weights. 

PAY ATTENTION to the location on the map. The map numbers may change from year to year as the fair grows. Registering for the space number you had a in a previous year does not guarantee you have the same location this year. Make sure to double check that the number/space you reserve is located where you think it will be on the map.

Spots are only held for 10 days without payment. A certificate of liability is required from all vendors. Vendor spaces are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discuss relocation of your reservation. 

We will do our best not to put like businesses next to or near each other. You may keep an eye on the map to see who ends up around you. Hover over space to see the vendor name and logo.

Dear 2026 Monument Pours in the Park (formerly Bines & Brews) Participant,
 
First off: We are thrilled that you are joining us for our Monument Pours in the Park Libations Festival on Saturday, September 19, 12-4 p.m. Thank you for supporting this fundraiser for the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce and Silver Key at Tri-Lakes Senior Center. The event is at Limbach Park, 151 Front Street, Monument 80132.
 
Covered in this email are details you will want to know.

For Volunteers: 
 Ticket pre-sales are going well with our biggest promotional push yet to occur. We anticipate a great crowd.
  • Please share info about the event with your patrons via posters at your locale and on your social media platforms. The poster is attached to this email. The event is listed on our website here and on our Facebook events page here.
  • We will be in touch with you about the shifts available through sign-up genius. 
  • Every volunteer will receive a signature Monument Pours in the Park glass to taste beverages.
  • Volunteers who serve during the entire day, through all the shifts, will receive a ticket for complementary meal. Our team will pay for the food on your behalf. 
  • When people ask you, Tickets are $30/Ticket in advance and $35/ticket at the gate. 
For Beverage Pourers: 
Ticket pre-sales are going well with our biggest promotional push yet to occur. We anticipate a great crowd.
  • Please share info about the event with your patrons via posters at your locale and on your social media platforms. The poster is attached to this email. The event is listed on our website here and on our Facebook events page here.
  • Please plan to pour at least two beverages at the festival. Please feel free to bring more if you would like. For kegged product, one sixtel of each beer should be sufficient with a similar quantity if canned product is poured.
  • Each brewer will be judged on one of the beverages you pour at the event for the “Best of the Event” Traveling Trophy.
  • Additionally, there will be a People’s Choice award for brewers and a new separate people's choice award for non-beer beverages voted on by attendees.
  • We will furnish you with ice, ice tubs, water, and beer pitchers, tapping equipment including CO2 (if requested), and a table. Please let Nikki know if you haven’t already that you are bringing your own taps or if you need tapping equipment.
  • We will provide the tasting glasses. 
  • Bring a 10 x 10 canopy. 
  • Your specific vendor space will be labeled in the park.
  • Bring banners/signage for your 10x10 space. We encourage you to decorate your space showing your beer spirit! We will provide a few 11X17 signs with your logo.
  • Everyone is to be set up by 11AM.
  • We will have TIPS certified volunteers who can assist in pouring, give breaks, etc. If you run into staffing issues and are unable to get someone to attend and pour for the event, our volunteers can do it for you. Please let us know ASAP, so we can assign pourers.
  • Each brewery/beverage pourer may bring up to 4 people to work your vendor space or be your guest and get in free to the festival. If your guests will arrive separate from you, please send me and Nikki their names, and we will register them at no charge.
  • Each brewery/distiller will need to stay set up for the entire event from 12-4 p.m.
  • When people ask you, Tickets are $30/Ticket in advance and $35/ticket at the gate.

COME TO THE BEST Libation Festival IN Monument!
    (Formerly known as Bines & Brews Festival)

Enjoy beer, cider, spirits, moonshine, and select n/a beverages while listening to upbeat contemporary jazz played by the Jeff Sutton Jazz Band. The view is beautiful, and the weather will be great.  You’re sure to find a new favorite. Food vendors will provide food for noshing alongside other interesting vendors.

New this year! A beer fest for everyone. Enjoy the upscale feel and time to have conversations with brewers and craft beverage makers. From locally made beer, distillers, and n/a , there will be a beverage for everyone to enjoy.

Ticket sales are capped at 400 to maintain the upscale feel and allow you to have conversations with the brewers. This is an adults-only event; even the designated drivers must be over 21 (no exceptions). No dogs of any age are allowed. ID required. 

General admission $30/At the Gate: $35 - includes a commemorative glass and unlimited 2 oz tastings. 
Every ticket holder will receive:
                    -  Signature tasting glass
                    - 4 Hours to listen to live music and talk to our fun vendors
                    - Unlimited tastings of craft beverages both alcohol and non-alcohol alike. 
                    - Yard Games
                    - Great company

Gates open at 12:00 PM. Last minute tickets will be sold at the gate for $35. 

This event will happen rain, shine, or snow - this is Colorado!!
Tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer a ticket to someone else if you are not able to attend.

*The party doesn't have to stop after Monument Pours in the Park is over. Attendees will receive a list of Brewers who participated in the event and news from the brewers about what they are doing in the community.

Community and Business Expo 2026

Join us for this year's Community & Business Expo.

Vendors are expected to remain open until the Expo ends at 2pm. Payment is required within two weeks of your reservation in order to hold your space. 

Note during reservation, central spots have no electrical access and a round table on the map will be a round table in person. 

We will have a passport available to attendees to use during the Expo encouraging them to visit all of the vendors in order to be entered in a drawing for a prize. If you are interested in providing an item for the passport giveaway please email abigail@trilakeschamber.com
