About Us

Holiday Builders is a Florida-based, employee-owned homebuilders established in 1983. Holiday Builders offers new homes in Tillman Oaks, a new community located in Wildwood, Florida. 

Tillman Oaks features four different floorplans from Holiday Builders' Value Collection of floorplans. Plans range from 1,250 sf to 2,104 sf including three to four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Each new home includes a one-year, transferable home warranty.
