Founded by Sarah tate, ARNP and Vickie Hodges, ARNP, our mission is to provide personalized, root-cause–focused healthcare that empowers patients to thrive at every stage of life.

With over 65 years of combined nursing experience, our team brings expertise in emergency medicine, urgent care, cardiology, surgical care, dermatology and chronic disease management.
