Brain mapping also known as a quantitative electroencephalogram, allows our brain wellness experts to help you understand the root of the challenges you may be experiencing by analyzing brain wave activity. When brain wave activity is not optimal it can be associated with uncomfortable symptoms of anxiety, depression, focus challenges, behavioral challenges in children, challenges with learning, and so much more.With this information our team can create an individualized treatment plan to address these challenges with out the use of pharmaceuticals.
The individualized approach we use is called neurofeedback therapy, which teaches the brain to fire more optimally through operant conditioning, a reward based and targeted approach to creating new neuropathways and new habits leading to the reduction of challenging symptoms and an improved life.
We offer both in clinic and remote services and we look forward to coming alongside you in your journey to an optimal life.
