Best Deal In Goodyear! (01/24/08)
I searched high and low for the best deal and I'm certain I found it here. I researched all the apartments in this zip code, read reviews and did alot of research online. For the price you pay at Adiamo you get a nicer, cleaner apartment with extra features other places dont have. Good deals, staff is professional and most important the place is so clean! Also, super close to the new mall. Definitely happy with my decision.
Renewing my lease was a pleasure (11/08/07)
I recently renewed my lease with Adiamo. It turns out the renewal special was so good, I'm actually paying less in rent than I was before. They even gave me coupon to have my carpets cleaned professionally! I have never heard of apartments doing this before so I was very excited. Just wanted to give them a thank you and let everyone know I'm really happy. P.S. Maintenance is great too.
Peaceful & Quiet (09/24/07)
This is what I appreciate the most and have found it here. I'm working in the area for the next couple months and was told to check out these apartments. As a homeowner of many years these apartments offer a lot I have grown accustomed to. Quiet and clean inside and out. The lawn and palm trees are just plain nice. Im glad to be spending the next few months out here. I sure have found a fine group of folks out here.
