| 4/1/2026 | Women Who Lead Conference 2026 Leadership doesn’t have to be stiff or serious to be effective. In fact, humor is often an underused tool that fuels creativity, strengthens culture, builds resilience, and deepens connection—without sacrificing credibility or impact. This year’s conference will feature comedian Chris Munch and an interactive experience centered on shared learning and meaningful conversation. Together, we’ll explore the power of humor, how it strengthens leadership and workplace culture, and the ways different humor styles show up in everyday leadership. Attendees will walk away with practical ways to use humor intentionally and authentically as a leadership skill—fueling creativity, connection, and confidence at work and in daily life. Because on April Fool’s Day, we’re no fools about leadership!
