‘What to eat, what to eat…?’ Don’t you hate it when it’s time to make dinner and you don’t have a meal planned? Ugh. But here’s a solution – grab a friend, roll up your sleeves, and get ready to knock out five meals to take home and enjoy a meal in class! We will help you learn what freezes and reheats well and emphasize cooking with fresh, whole foods. The next time you’re puzzling over what to eat, simply pull one of these dishes out of the freezer, defrost and reheat at your convenience! There will be a $50 supply fee due to the instructor the night of class.

Think about the first work team you were on. You probably discovered that each person had a unique way of doing things, and that those differences could cause confusion, stagnation or frustration. Only when people have a framework to make sense of their differences can they learn what to expect from others and the best way to achieve team goals. In this webinar we will work through the most common challenges teams face: motivation, conflict and communication. Participants learn simple, intuitive ways to make lasting improvements in a team's effectiveness.
