From Boomers to Gen Xer’s, Millennials and beyond, the generational differences in work habits, and expectations for feedback and advancement, present complex challenges for today’s employers. In this class we will address best practices for employers, particularly supervisors, trying to lead and manage today’s multi-generational workforce. In addition, we will discuss the ways in which organizations are influenced by and must respond to the changing expectations of incoming generations of employees.
Gain insight on how to:
- Understand the five generations and the stereotypes that prevent successful relationships
- Learn techniques to improve communication

If you are caring for an aging loved one or planning for your own needs as you age, join us for the upcoming Active Aging Expo.This event is FREE and open to the public, and all participants will have free use of the fitness center for the day.

ChatGPT is a conversational language model that has gripped headlines worldwide, placing the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at your fingertips. This session will offer tips on how to use AI chatbots like ChatGPT to enhance the ways you work, play and learn. Instructor, Travis Hunt, will explore practical use cases, guide your prompt engineering and help you leverage the capabilities of large language models. Practice using the AI chatbot of your choice in between sessions and return to the second session with use case questions and your ideas for real-world applications.
During the school year we meet at Crestwood High School and during the summer we meet at the Cresco Chamber either in person or via zoom.

This is Cresco’s FIRST ever travel soccer club! We are reaching out to get information on how many youth would be interested in participating in a traveling soccer club. The Iowa Soccer Association bases the placement of the youth in birth year NOT grade. We are making available 12U and 15U teams. 12U birthyears 2012-2013-2014 and 15U birthyears 2009-2010-2011.
A parent/ player meeting will be held on Monday February 19th at the Cresco Fitness Center in the Lower Meeting Room to discuss what our season game/practices, program pricing/costs and answer any questions that you may have.
