How Small Businesses Build a Brand That Lasts**

Instructor: Alex Raffi, Imagine Communications

Date: November 24, 2025

Time: 12:00 PM

Location: Elaine Smith Building

Address: 700 Wyoming Street, Boulder City, NV

Lunch will not be provided. Please, feel free to bring your own.

Description

A brand isn’t a logo — it’s the feeling people walk away with. In this interactive workshop, Alex Raffi breaks branding down into three powerful components every small business controls: the handshake (first impression), the follow-up (consistency), and the reputation (what people say when you’re not in the room).

You’ll learn how to strengthen first impressions, create trust-building consistency, and build a reputation that keeps customers coming back.

Key Learnings

  • Strengthen your first impression

  • Improve your follow-through

  • Build a reputation that fuels word-of-mouth

  • Identify customer experience gaps

Align your brand with your actions
