This session is designed to give you clear, straightforward guidance from a local advisor who has seen every side of the selling process. Here’s what we’ll cover:

  • Top 5 Seller Mistakes – The most common pitfalls sellers make and how to avoid them so you can protect more of your equity.

  • FSBO, Step by Step – What it really takes to sell on your own, when it can work, and when getting help makes more sense.

  • Off-Market & Cash Offers – How to evaluate “quick cash” or wholesale offers and understand when they help—or cost you money.

  • Agent Value, Explained – What top agents should actually do to earn their commission, including pricing, presentation, and negotiation.

  • Comparing Every Option – A simple framework to help you choose the selling path that best matches your timeline, risk tolerance, and goals.

  • Local Market Context – Key insights specific to Bellevue, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Issaquah, and Sammamish.

The goal is to help you make confident, informed decisions—no pressure, just clarity.
