Studio Sessions are a monthly series of small-group workshops at The Yoga Dance Co.
Each month, we’ll offer a few different sessions led by our teachers and guest facilitators,  exploring a wide range of topics, from supporting anxiety in kids to pelvic floor health for adults, and everything in between.
These workshops are designed to help us slow down, learn, and connect beyond our regular classes, all rooted in The Peace Environment.

Brought to you by the Azusa Chamber of Commerce, the LAUNCH Business Academy is a hands-on, 7-week business readiness program designed to help small business owners build strong foundations, gain clarity, and create a clear roadmap for growth.
This cohort based program focuses on the real fundamentals every business needs, from structure and money management to marketing, operations, and strategic planning. Participants will leave with practical tools, templates, and a growth plan they can actually use.

To conclude the program, participants will have the opportunity to pitch their business in front of a panel of experienced professionals. Thanks to a generous program sponsor, $750 in funding will be awarded to participants who place 1st through 3rd, based on clarity, readiness, and execution.

Program Breakdown

Week 1: Business Foundations
Legal structure, compliance basics, operational readiness, and clarity for long term growth.

Week 2: HR Readiness and People Systems
Hiring readiness, compliance, payroll basics, and building internal systems that support teams.

Week 3: Marketing and Messaging
Brand clarity, audience alignment, and marketing strategies that increase visibility and engagement.

Week 4: Compliance and Financial Protection
Risk management, business protection, and financial strategies that support long term stability.

Week 5: Achievable Outcomes
Sales processes, mindset shifts, closing strategies, and actions that lead to measurable results.

Week 6: Operations and Workflow Systems
Efficiency, process alignment, automation readiness, and systems that support scaling.

Week 7: Strategic Planning and Growth Mapping
12-month strategic plan, key goals, KPIs, and an actionable growth roadmap.

Pitch + Graduation Session
Participants will present a short business pitch to a panel of experts, with funding awarded to top finalists.
